What did you use your sebenza for today?

Not much special today. Sharpened a pencil and opened some plastic bags.

Really? Stripping wires seem to fight me if I'm not razor sharp. Usually give mine a couple passes on the stone once a week.
I rotate a few so it does help with having to not sharpen as much. I usually only use my knife to strip wire bigger than #10, anything smaller I use my strippers. I always use my pocket knife on cord or cable or other jacketed wire, the outer sheathing. I usually don’t have much problem. Now when it gets cold outside it’s a different story.

Stripped a lot of factory installed SO cord whips off of some light fixtures, stripped some more wire, opened packages, cut some tape, cut some zip ties (excuse to use knife). Same as usual really

I would most likely still be trying to figure out how to open those fruit snacks if I didn’t have a knife readily available

Those blades look perfect. That tanto especially has seen some serious use by the looks of it, pretty close to rounded

It’s more of a Japanese tanto these days.

Ended up cutting ticks in half. I’ve never done that. Normally burn, flush, or just throw them back in the woods, but a few ended up crawling on my knife so I just went with it. They’re extremely bad this year, as they are every year around here

Forgot a fork today so stripped out some wire and cut some tape to make a spoon/fork combo. Sharpened a pencil, cut the plastic jacket off of the inside of Mc cable
