A fine feller and talented sheather. Do you make one for 1/8" butcher knives? They won the west you know. :D

A friend sent me a text today that said "Do you have a Skookum bush tool?".

My reply was "Well, I like to think so, but that's kind of personal isn't it?"

Those are awesome Bladite.

Look like new Joe.

very slight patina, most of which will come off with use

i need the tools, and the time, to learn how to maintain now...

esp knowing how to find the right sizes...

Brought me home some good whiskey blended egg nogg from the liquor mart tonight. Damn its a good thing they dont sell that stuff year round. I'd never get anything done.

So a customer ordered a one off knife and wanted handles made out of hickory. Huh? Hickory? How about something nicer? Nope, hickory he said, must be hickory. So, I got the knife done and right now its out getting the blade laser engraved with the name... you guessed it. HICKORY, evidently that is this guys nickname. But I'm pleased to say the hickory handles turned out better than I thought. It has really nice color to it.

Saws are real cool Joe, looks like there in good enough shape that you either got extremely lucky, or you paid out the wazoo for them. Knowing you though, id say it was the first one.

Sweet looking blade Todd. The hickory looks awesome.
